Parents — here is the FULL encampment registration process. Please complete each step in order:
STEP 1 — Have your child link you
Ask your child to follow the instructions under:
“Linking a Parent/Guardian who DOES NOT have a CAP account”

STEP 2 — Complete your parent setup

Once you have access, please complete your cadet’s medical profile using the same information you normally use for CAP medical forms.

After the medical profile is complete, your child should register here:

After your cadet registers, you must log in and approve the registration:

Go to the Encampment website:

Add your cadet’s information
Download and complete the CAPF 60-80 Permission Slip, waiver, and any other required forms
Upload the completed documents
STEP 7 — Check application status
After all documents are submitted, monitor your cadet’s application status here:

NY-615 meets every Tuesday, 2:45 pm- 4:45 pm, after-school at WNY Maritime Charter School, High School Campus
NY-616 meets every Monday, 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm, after school at Buffalo Academy of Science, High School Campus

You should have received a physical CAPID (Card) in the mail shortly after your cadet joined. The CAPID (six digit number) would be located on the card. If your cadet does not have physical CAPID yet, the unit will provide them a paper version to carry with them. Reach out to our cadet’s unit commander if you cannot locate their CAPID.

Here is the link to e-services:
E-services is the online platform that your cadet will use to complete their training (for rank promotion and specialties), register for events, and you will use it to update your cadet’s medical information.
Cadet will need the last 4 of their SSNs when they register for the e-services platform.
