Buffalo Creek Academy Cadet Sqaudron

The Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Cadet Program is a nationally recognized program that allows young people, starting in grade 6, to advance their skills and discover their passions in leadership, aerospace education, character development, drill and ceremonies, teamwork, rocketry, drone piloting, single-engine aircraft piloting, and much, much more.

Similar to the Air Force JROTC program, the CAP program is based on US Air Force military customs and courtesies. Like AFJROTC, the cadets wear Air Force-styled uniforms. Cadets can earn ribbons and medals and even earn a private pilot’s license.

This program allows students to travel the country to attend CAP events and meet other children from all over the USA. What's more, parents can join CAP and participate if they wish!

  • BCA Cadet Squadron is located at 514 South Park Ave, Buffalo, NY 14204.

Buffalo Creek International

Our program is situated in Ghana, Africa. We have partnered with two local schools that need support for their students or school programs. We affectionately call these our Buffalo Creek International Schools. We raise funds to help our BCISs by sponsoring students (tuition, uniform, meals) and projects (after-school equipment, playgrounds, physical plant projects. Buffalo Creek Academy students raise funds for their “Education for All” project within the Cambridge Global Perspectives program. Below is a photo of students and staff from our first BCI school, New Life International School in Ghana.
